Beautiful, simply beautiful. If you liked Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, I think you’d like this one as well. If you didn’t like Siddhartha, well then I pity you 
The book basically talks about a young boy who goes out to find his personal treasure. I believe the book is true, we all have our own personal treasures to find and God wants us to, we simply need to keep our ears, eyes, and heart open to what he’s telling us. This is actually what I do when you see me staring out into the mountains, into the clouds, down at the little specs on the floor, into the trees, etc. XD I zone out a lot don’t I?
I didn’t like Siddhartha! Such a meaningless life.
I actually didn’t like either Siddhartha or this book, though I thought Alchemist was better than Siddhartha.
Not to rain on your good feeling parade or anything.
i have read neither so i have no stand point with this though what’s the alchemist about anyhow? O_o
this sounds like full metal alchemist anime people… >_
